At More Yoga Please, we believe yoga is for every body—no matter your experience, flexibility, or fitness level.

Our mission is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and real.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. From slow, grounding flows to more dynamic, strength-building sessions, you’ll find options that fit your energy and your goals.

More than just offering physical movement, our studio is a community—a place to pause, reset, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected than when you arrived.

I had the idea for More Yoga Please YEARS ago and my late husband was my biggest supporter. I still feel connected to him in so many ways and the manifestation of this studio space just makes that connection deeper. I hope we build a community of love and support together, just as my husband’s way of life was driven by love, support, and connection.

Bailey More

Owner & Founder, 500 RYT

Hey there yogis! My name is Bailey and I’m so excited to connect with all of you. I grew up dancing and found yoga when I began searching for an adult hobby after college. I was immediately hooked! More Yoga Please has been my dream pretty much since receiving my 200 HR training in 2021. After receiving my 300HR, I began thinking a little more seriously about opening a yoga studio. My husband was equally determined to make my dream come true. After having our daughter, we set out to find a studio space. We found one, but my husband passed away suddenly when we would’ve signed a lease. The dream was put on pause, but my heart was still pulled into the yoga world and has been a huge part of my healing journey. So here we are! More Yoga Please is a dream come true and I can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Misti Freeland

Misti began practicing yoga at the age of 15, and obtained her CYT-200 at Easy Day Yoga in Leesburg, VA. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in an embodied practice that invites exploration and autonomy rooted in alignment and self-trust. She believes strongly in adapting asana alignment to all bodies, while maintaining the foundational principles of yoga. She is especially passionate about helping others tap into their strengths, whether it’s going within to understand what their body is telling them, or achieving pincha for the first time. She strives to pass along the wisdom of yoga while both honoring its lineage and its modern interpretations, and loves creative sequencing and transitions. As a long time teacher and coach in equestrian sports, she gives creative direction and cues that use real world analogies to help students relate and improve their practice. A self described “biomechanics nerd,” Misti has the ability to see and sense where a student may need extra guidance and encourages her students to learn their body through their practice. Her goal is for students to land in savasana feeling better than when they arrived. Misti is continuously learning new things and is working through a 30 hour handstand training with Yogi Flight School. Outside of the studio, Misti loves to read, write, & travel, train her service Australian Shepherd, and hang out with her husband and sons.
