Studio Policies
Class Reservations
Advance Booking: Reservations are required for all classes. Non-members are highly encouraged to purchase a Drop In class pass, 5 class pass, or 10 class pass prior to attending a class. Attendance to a class upon showing up with no reservation is not guaranteed. Members can book up to 7 days in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Weekly classes:
- Members & Introductory offer: waived from any cancellation fee
- Class Passes (Drop In, 5 class, 10 class): If canceled within 2 hours of the class, clients will not receive a refund for the Drop In rate or get their class credit back from a class pass.
Workshops & Specialty Classes:
- Full refund given if canceled 7 days prior to the class.
- 50% refund given if canceled within 7 days of the class.
- No refund given if canceled day of the class.
Timeliness: Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure your spot is secured and you have all necessary props. Doors will be locked 10 minutes after the start of class.
Membership and Fees
Membership Options: We offer various membership plans, including monthly unlimited, class packs, and drop-in rates. Please refer to our website for detailed pricing.
Payment: All fees must be paid at the time of registration. Automatic renewals for monthly memberships will occur on the first of the month unless canceled in writing 7 days prior to the renewal date.
Attire and Equipment
Dress Code: Comfortable, breathable clothing is recommended. Please avoid any clothing that depicts offensive or crude themes.
Equipment: A limited number of mats are available for use at the studio; however, we encourage bringing your own for hygiene purposes. Other props (blocks, straps, etc.) will be provided.
Health and Safety
Health Disclosure: All participants should disclose any medical conditions or injuries to the instructor prior to class. This information will be kept confidential.
Sick Etiquette: If you are not feeling well, we ask that you not attend class. We understand that you are dedicated to your wellness journey, but please be mindful of not getting others sick. We will welcome you back with open arms once healed!
Code of Conduct
Respect and Inclusivity: We foster a welcoming environment. Disrespectful behavior, including harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated.
Cell Phones: Please silence phones and refrain from using them during class to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Recording of oneself is permitted as long as other clients are not in the video.
Etiquette: Arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class to allow for check-in, set up your mat, and settle in. Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio and store them in the designated area. Honor the space by keeping it clean and tidy. Return any props or equipment to their designated places after use.
